Was budget freindly
Remote control and one of key cards didn't function properly
The hotel is relatively new, so the rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool is on the small side, but well maintained. We were traveling to catch a football game at the University of Kansas, and the location of the hotel made it easy to get to the game as well as Kansas City. We were traveling with my teens and asked for adjoining rooms and were given rooms with an interior door connecting them. Perfect!
It was fresh and in a new, if incomplete area.
Room was nice & clean. Liked the low price on Booked.net - definitely!! Would use this web site again, but will follow-up with the actual motel for corfirmation!!!
We didn't reach the motel until 9:00p.M. Thankfully, I had my printout of the reservation and the staff/girl had seen our name come in the night before....but she couldn't find our paperwork anywhere and the suite that we had reserved was already taken. So they put us in a dbl queen room at the same rate, since we were already paying much less. Not the girls fault, we just think the earlier shift had given away our room and threw away our paperwork. We were not impressed with how that turned out, but at least we still had a room at a cheaper rate.
I usually do not stay at Days Inn but I was impressed on how clean, updated and friendly this facility was, plus, the breakfast was also nicely presented.
It's not a dislike just a notice that my room had a kitchenette but no table or chair(s) leaving open a large empty area where you could put a queen size bed.
Housekeeping need to do better.. Found hairs on bathroom floor and covers when we arrived.
The location of the hotel
The night hotel clerk asked me and my husband inapropriate questions and he was very un proffesional. We did not feel welcome when we returned to are room at approx 1am. I felt violated and he was very rude and ruint are night.
Indoor pool Beds were made with a sheet on top and bottom of blanket. That was nice because they could at least wash both sheets even though they wouldn't wash the blanket (most hotels do not wash their blankets between guest).
Old TVs too far from bed to see. Workout room equipment old and not working. Most seemed dangerous to use. Girl at front desk not real friendly. There idea of a "healthy" breakfast included way to many carbs and no protein. There were no waffles for those who like them. Mostly just cold or hot cereal, a small variety of muffins, and other breads and juice and coffee.
